What they are
Epoch builds lithium iron phosphate batteries, LiFePO4. You can charge and discharge them over and over, without topping up water or acid. In a camper the battery replaces the house battery: lights, a compressor, an inverter and the rest of the 12 V, 24 V or 48 V kit run from it.
You notice the difference most when there is no shore power. Voltage stays up longer, and more of the stated capacity is actually usable. The same energy often fits in a lighter battery than lead-acid.
The series
Eco is the simpler house battery. Essential sits in the middle, for everyday use. Pro is for more specific jobs. Elite is the fuller line: those models can have Bluetooth, internal heating and Victron CAN bus. Eco, Essential and Pro do not come with those as standard. The product page in the shop lists what a model actually has.
